It's been a while since we last kept you updated! We have been busy getting into the logistics and planning of the gear. What's been happening with us? Well first; we had the pleasure to spend one week in the South of France with the Stephane Bigo and his wife, both long riders who have traveled throughout many continents including America, Asia and Africa. It was fantastic to hear their stories. Plus we picked their brains on how to best plan our journey. We received a very warm welcome into their home. They were always available to answer our questions and gave us plenty of tips for our trip. Between a full day going over our gear, and then two full days of natural horsemanship, we finished our week with four days trekking in the Drome region. This was an excellent exercise as well to learn about what we SHOULD and SHOULD NOT do! We learned a lot, but also managed to have a good laugh and enjoy the scenery! An amazing experience. We are very grateful to have been offered this opportunity. It was a pleasure to spend time with such fantastic human beings!

Now the other big news is that through this clinic, we met another wonderful human being called Charlotte (as well!). We got along so well and she got so interested into our trip, that by the end of the clinic she was very motivated to join us. We accepted to let her in the team in a heart beat. Smart with a great outgoing personnality and strong knowledge of horses, we thought she would be a fantastic contribution to the team. Welcome Charlotte Vandeputte!
